Added "maximum buttons per row" in panels. Fixed reaction role reply glitching when replyOnReactionRole was disabled. Panel dropdowns now support reaction role & sub-panel options.

Fixed a bug which caused the /panel command to crash when using an option without any description in combination with the "describeOptionsInEmbedFields" mode enabled.
