Fixed bug with option description being empty
...
Fixed a bug which caused the /panel command to crash when using an option without any description in combination with the "describeOptionsInEmbedFields" mode enabled.

Fixed a problem where unused ticket options would stay in the options database in certain circumstances. Even when there is no ticket that uses the option anymore.

Fixed stats not displaying with SQLite plugin
...
Lot's of stats were hidden in the embed when using the ot-sqlite-database plugin. This was caused by a recent API breaking-change that made everything async.
The problem wasn't related to the plugin itself, but the Open Ticket api. Updating the plugin is not required.
