The 'a setup CLI ... is coming' line described a concept from the internal
auth design doc, not a planned deliverable. Neutral wording: ids are UUIDs;
tools work on the personal account without this file.

prefixes, '.spaghetti auto-created on first tool call' (unimplemented)
- plugin.json: 0.1.0 -> 0.1.1
Searchable ('unreal' is the marketplace keyword), professional, short (16
chars). 'Spaghetti' stays as the brand layer (description + author fields).
Repo + plugin.json name aligned.
