config file

In this file you find all the information about commands in the config.json file

• server_name ➜ the name of your server (optional) type: string
• server_logo ➜ the logo of your server (optional) type: url
• bot_name ➜ the name from the bot type: string
• main_color ➜ the color used in embeds type: hex color (#000000)
• auth_token ➜ your bot's token type: string
• botperms_role ➜ this role can do all admin commands from the bot type: discord role id
• prefix ➜ the prefix type: string
• credits ➜ disable the credits type: boolean

status: (the status from the bot)

• type ➜ set the status type _type: string (PLAYING | LISTENING | WATCHING | CUSTOM)
• text ➜ set the status text type: string

system: (the configuration for the ticket system)

• ticket_channel ➜ channel where you are going to set !ticket msg type: discord channel id
• max_allowed_tickets ➜ the maximum allowed tickets per person type: number
• enable_DM_Messages ➜ enable DM messages type: boolean
• enable_category ➜ enable category type: boolean
• ticket_category ➜ the category id type: discord category id
• has@everyoneaccess ➜ when enabled everyone has acces to the tickets type: boolean
• member_role ➜ this role doesn't have access to tickets type: discord role id
• enable_transcript ➜ enable the transcript type: boolean
• transcript_channel ➜ the transcript channel id type: discord channel id

messages: (general, dm, ticket)

• nopermissions ➜ the message when someone doesn't have permissions type: string
• alreadyCreated ➜ if you have too much tickets open type: string
• newTicket ➜ when you create a new ticket type: string
• closeTicket ➜ when you close a ticket type: string
• newTicketEmbed ➜ the first message in the ticket channel _type: string

layout: (ticketEmbed, ticketMsg, transcript)

transcript doesn't have all the options

• customColorEnabled ➜ custom embed color enabled _type: boolean
• customColor ➜ the custom color _type: hex color (#000000)
• footerEnabled ➜ custom footer enabled _type: boolean
• footer ➜ the custom footer _type: string
• thumbnailEnabled ➜ custom thumbnail enabled _type: boolean
• thumbnailURL ➜ the image _type: string

options: (per ticket)

color is not needed when isURL is true

• enabled ➜ enable this ticket _type: boolean
• icon ➜ the button emoji _type: emoji or custom emoji
• description ➜ ticket description _type: string
• name ➜ ticket name _type: string
• channel_prefix ➜ ticket prefix _type: string
• color ➜ button color _type: string (red|green|blue|gray|none)
• isURL ➜ create link to a website instead of a normal ticket _type: boolean
• url ➜ the website to go to _type: string
