DJj123dj fd3bc0e7b9 API: allowCategoryChange param in related actions 
Added the 'allowCategoryChange' parameter in related ticket actions (claim, unclaim, close, reopen) to disable the changing of the category. This can be used by plugins not wanting the category of the channel to change.

Implemented the option "removeParticipantsOnClose" in the config/general.json. It wasn't implemented in the code by accident.

DJj123dj 5d86269743 Fixed stats not displaying with SQLite plugin 
Lot's of stats were hidden in the embed when using the ot-sqlite-database plugin. This was caused by a recent API breaking-change that made everything async.

The problem wasn't related to the plugin itself, but the Open Ticket api. Updating the plugin is not required.
